These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BonVoyage·AI (the "Service") operated by BBIC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
2. The Service
BonVoyage·AI generates personalized travel itineraries using AI and helps you book flights, stays, and transfers through third-party suppliers. Itineraries are suggestions, not professional travel advice; please verify timings, visas, health requirements, and local conditions before traveling.
3. Third-party bookings
Flights, accommodations, and transfers are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. Their own terms, fare rules, and cancellation policies apply in addition to ours. We are not the operator of those services and are not liable for their performance.
4. Pricing & payments
All prices are calculated on our servers at the time of checkout and processed via our payment provider. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the amounts shown. Currency conversion fees may be charged by your bank.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by reverse engineering, scraping, attempting to bypass access controls, transmitting malware, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, content, and software, is owned by BBIC and protected by applicable laws. Itineraries we generate for you are provided for your personal travel planning; you may share them with travel companions but not resell them.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated suggestions may contain errors or outdated information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BBIC's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
